Are there any plans to add view and controller checking of strings in methods such as View(), RedirectToView(), Url.Action(), etc.?

Thank you for your feedback!

We have that logged in our backlog, but it is not scheduled for the immediate future. We will increase its priority if we get more feature requests about it.
