Videos Not Working

Hi,
I am not able to view the following videos even if i press the run button

Hello Veena,

I just tested the links and the videos are working and can be played. Can you give them a try again and let us know if you still experience any issues.

Also, if you still can't open them, can you please give us more details about your system configuration - the OS and the browser versions. Also, please keep in mind that it may take a while to load the videos if your connection speed is slow.

OS- Windows Vista Enterprise SP2
Browser - IE 7

If possible can you send me the links to download these videos if viewing through browser is an issue.

Hi Veena,

You actually can download any video from Telerik TV for offline viewing. On any video page, simply scroll down and locate the "Related Downloads" tab. Clicking on this tab reveals the link to download the original video file (usually in FLV or WMV format).

To playback FLV files locally, you can use a free video player like the VLC Player.
