Hello Sundance,
Does this issue appear under a certain browser only? I tested this video (dating October 4th) under IE, FireFox and Chrome and it was loaded and played without issues.

They don't play under IE8, version 8.0.7600.16385, Cipher Strength 256-bit, Update Versions 0 (32-bit edition)
It's funny; I used to have problems playing the videos in 64-bit so I always loaded the 32-bit edition to play them. When I got your email, I tried the 64-bit also, and they appear to play fine under that.
