I have been looking around for a solution but is nothing available, maybe you could take the lead and add to your solution.

We have a feature request for Video Player logged in our Ideas & Feedback Portal, you could cast your vote and follow the item at the following link:
https://feedback.telerik.com/Project/168/Feedback/Details/208907-add-video-player-control-with-subtitles-captioning

Such a control is not included in our immediate plans, still, we're keeping an eye on the item and will plan it according to the demand.
