Ability to tie stories to version numbers.  This will provide a way to track features/stories when into a released version.

Hello John,

To tie stories with the version number you can either add a tag for the story with the version number and then filter by tag to see which story was implemented for particular version - more information about tags you can find in our documentation.
Or you can name the iteration that the story is added to with the version number. Here is what our team does. In the name of the iteration for the whole release we add the new version for the product e.g. 2012  R1 (version number). That iteration is used to form better hierarchical structure - as parent for the sprints during the release.
