Hi.
I have a webpage showing 4 charts. I have one problem which is randomly. Sometimes some values are not plotted in the graph. The resulting graph is following.
The picture shows that the values are readding but they are not plotted. It is only for columns with id 1,3,5,7,9
Can anybody help me

Hi Jana,
I've spent some time trying to reproduce your issue but I could not. In order to find the cause of this issue and give a proper solution, could you provide us with a runnable copy demonstrating the problem, or simply edit the one I have attached as a reference where the issue is not reproducible.

Hi,
I can prepare source code in two days. But the error is randomly. For exampl: when 5 people download same xap object from our IS, 2 people have good charts and 3 people have not. Next day all people have good charts and the xap object is same as yesterday. The error does not depend on version Internet Explorer, version OS.

Hi Jana,
I'm also faced this type of issue that you given in your
previous reply. Sometimes XAP is not updating after new build given
in IIS server. So I resolved that issue in following two ways.
1] Clear all browser history.
2] Using some third party software to clean all temporary file ( CCleaner.exe ).

Hi,
we removed XAP from historie Internet Explorer and downloaded XAP from server on 5 clients station aggain but the error was only 3 clients stations. There are links on test application and video where you see how the value is plott and hidden.
Zip file "ChartsTelerik" with test application has got password. Peshito, please send me mail and I send the password to you.

Hi,
Thank you for providing the password. We were able to unzip and run your test application. Our QAs spend some time trying to reproduce this issue using the application you have sent us and following the steps shown in the video attached to your previous reply. However the issue is not reproducible on several different machines. Therefore we are not able to give you an appropriate solution since there isn't a step by step guide that will cause the issue to be reproduced.
What I could suggest you is try to migrate your test application using our new ChartView control. It is currently in beta but it will be officially released with Q1 2012 in about a month. A demo examples showing some of its capabilities can be found here.
