There seems to be an issue with the value axis on bar charts where it's displaying duplicate values (see attached screenshot). I have also attached an example project that reproduces this issue. Thanks,

Okay I see my problem is round off error. Is there anyway to control the value types that are displayed? In my case the values are supposed to be whole numbers only.

You could control the value types that are displayed via MajorUnit of the value axis - this option sets the interval between major divisions. To illustrate this approach I updated your project and attached it back.
