Is there any way to alter the validation style apart from copying the complete template from: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/windows-phone/textbox/can-t-style-a-radtextbox.aspx ?

Thank you for writing.
Modifying the ControlTemplate is the only way to change the style of the validation in RadTextBox.
