In the PDF document model, validation of AcroForm fields values can be achieved using JavaScript actions. Currently the import of JavaScript actions is not supported functionality in RadPdfViewer. I have created a feature request in our feedback portal: PdfViewer: Support for JavaScript actions and I have added an additional vote on your behalf in order to increase the priority of this feature.
