Hi,
when I try to drag an OutlockBar from the toolbox onto a UserControl a message with a NullReferenceException message appears. When I try it again, thedrop is locked from the designer. It's a realy simple user control with only a RibbonBar on it and nothing else.

Hi Martin,
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue. I tested this scenario with both 04.22 and 05.15 versions of our controls. I'm attaching a video for further reference. Have a look at it and let me know if I am doing anything wrong.
