First things first, i have a TileView and a DataPager in my Project, i'm using the DataPage in it's unbound mode and handling the PageIndexChanged event. Now, the TileView starts to grow with many data, and it's difficult now to find a person.
Example: If i want to find a person, i need to navigate through all the pages untill i find.
So i was wondering, is there a way to use characters instead of number on the DataPager? In this way the user choose a character "E" and then the tileview show all the people that name starts with "E".
I don't know if it's possible to do this with this control if not, would you please guide me with this? I'll attach a image to explain what i want.

Unfortunately the RadDataPager does not support such a functionality.
