If I wanted to block the eqatec analytics, is there an IP address/range
which I could filter from my network, or repoint a DNS entry?
We are a customer of yours and want to provide this guidance to some of
our end users.

Hi Darien,
Sorry for the late reply. I'm not quite sure that I understand your question, but you can filter away usage statistics from e.g. internal users or specific versions of your software. You do this under Settings -> Products -> "your product" -> Product Filter. I hope this is what you were looking for?
