Urgency , "the shapes content" of Diagram

"The  shapes  content"    of   Diagram.

First , please  look   at   the   photos   attached.  

Question:
     How  to  make  the  font  shown  in  two  rows?     The   first   line  is   overstriking  ,   and   the   second   line  is  no  overstriking...         At  the  same  time ,  the   font   center  display.      

    For  example   as  the  picture  showing:
        The  "Harvard  University"  should   show  in  the  first line  and  it is  overstriking .
        
        The   "10000kW"  should  show   in  the  second  line  and  it  is  no  overstriking.

     How  to  do  this???
