I need to add some buttons to the gridview to edit, add, and delete rows. Also need a button to upload images..
If there is any samples out there to review. Please send them my way..

Hello Rick,
Considering your first question how to add a buttons that will perform Add/Edit/Delete operations in your
RadGridView I would want to suggest you to see the following demo.
In order understand the mechanism how to display image in RadGridView and how the uploading mechanism works please see the following links:
