Yes, you can easily do that. Here are the steps you need to take:
1. You need to archive your project folder.
2. Go to the Telerik Platform and create a new blank AppBuilder project in the Web Client.
3. Right click on your Project -> Add -> From Archive and select your archived project.
The blank project should be overridden with the project from your archive. Some parts of these steps are explained in this documentation article.
