I am having the same problem,, just can't seem to upload an image in the Graphite fto a localhost webservice. Anyone?

Hi Idan,
Did you verify that you service is working and can you access it from a browser URL? Trying to debug from the Icenium simulator by keeping an eye on the Network tab of the Debug tools or by using FiddlerCap to debug on device directly should be your starting point.
