If I select couple (or more) large files (around 200MB each), I get the following javascript popup:
Error! Upload failed. Unexpected server response - see console.
The first file continues to upload and finish properly - this error popup is for the rest of the files and they all (except the first) fail to upload.
Any idea what could be wrong?

I am having same issue. In my case i am no file is uploaded it showing error for 1st also

And i have this problem. I try upload jpg file and recieve this message, but file was uploaded successfully.
Anyone could give a hint in whitch direction to look for a solution?
Some time later the problem was solved. Be carefully when you write onSuccess, onLoad and etc functions.
