I have 2 question.
1. I have a user on this site, but when I use the same credentials to get the update from visual studio it fails. I've found you're already aware of this matter. I think a different error message should be in place. (instead wrong credentials)
2. I get a note from VS that 414 version is available, but when I download from your site, the file names is still in the old 315 version.
So - is it just the file name, or is the new version hasn't been published yet.

Are we going to get an update to this? It is a couple months old. The silly thing is that we have licensed the controls and have a full version of your purchased controls and this message is getting anoying.

The update for service packs works only for customers owning a commercial license of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. According to our records your account is a licensed user for RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax which is a different product. You need to specify the credentials of the user who has made the purchase of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC or ask him to add you as a licensed developer.
We are going to improve that behavior so users of the open source version do not get notifications about updates.
