The developer version of Telerik UI for NativeScript Pro can be downloaded from your Telerik account given that you're a licensed user of the product. To navigate to the files you can click on the Download button and select UI for NativeScript. Please have a look at the Getting Started article in our documentation and at the snapshot, I'm attaching to my reply.
