Hello,
I want to update the ORM-Tool from the Vanatec version 4.4 to the current one.
The installation ran without problems. When compiling the source code however the old path for the program VEnhance is used.
My question: How can I change the path to the current version?
For an hint I would be grateful.

Hello Christian,

Where do you see the old path? There should be no hard coded path to venhance anywhere. Did you set your own post build step and used it there?

Hello Jan,

thank you for your question. No, I don't have any hard coded reference and I don't have any own postbuild steps.
I see the message in the output window after compiling my business logic. Compiling is finished with no errors and then I see the path to

C:\programme\vanatec openaccess\sdk\dotnet20\VEnhance.exe -assembly: .....

Next message:
Enhancement complete -- 0 errors, 0 warnings.

After that I get an OpenAccessException (wich I describe in another thread).

And I see 2 items 'OpenAccess' in the Visual Studio top menu. I use VS 2008 with the team foundation server.

Is it necessary to de-install the old version?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Christian,

The output is just a string, sorry that it is wrong but it has nothing to do with you compile error. We are not calling VEnhance on the command line but via internal API.

Everything seems to be fine.
