Hello Mike,
Currently there is no Wizard to update the UI frameworks shipped in Icenium, however you can vote for this functionality in our feedback portal. You can still update manually to the latest supported version in Icenium by following the instructions from this help article: Update the Code Libraries in Your Project.
If you wish to update to not yet tested and supported Kendo UI version (e.g. Kendo UI Q3 2013), you would have to download Kendo UI from their site and update the files by drag & drop (Graphite and Visual Studio) or by using the import wizard of Mist.
