Unnecessary scrollbar inside ScrollView XF4.4+

Since Xamarin Forms 4.4 RadSegmentedControl within ScrollView shows temp horizontal scrollbar on Android, see screenshot.

It worked ok in XF4.3

Thank you for providing the screenshot and the project.

We've been reported this issue seen in RadSegmentedControl and actually it is a bug on Xamarin.Forms side. You can track its status in the Xamarin.Forms github repo here:

[Bug] Android Entry on appearing weird effect upon Forms 4.4

For the time being, I would suggest you revert back to XF 4.3 in order to avoid the erroneous behavior.
