Hi there,
I am now developing a software that use silverlight telerik controls and encounter this problem.
When we input the unicode character ( in my case, vietnamese language) in our text box, everything is ok on IE browser.
However, when we use chrome, the problem occur (e.g : when I type 'ASO ' and expect the word 'ÁO', nonetheless, the text box has only the character O)
So, how can we deal with this bug ?
More information : I test with Textbox control of Microsoft (silverlight 5), this problem doesn't occur. Is it the Telerik control - specific problem ?

I see the same problem with FireFox, also.
I'm using a standard US keyboard.  If I switch the layout to Spanish using the Windows Language bar, I cannot enter accented characters in a textbox on Chrome or FireFox, but it works on IE.  I can copy and paste the characters in to the textbox, though.
