Hi Chinh,

This could be caused by a network configuration. Let me provide some troubleshooting steps below.

1. Ensure the machine running Fiddler can communicate with your Android device. Find the Android IP Address by going to Settings -> About Phone -> Status -> IP address. Then ping the Android device from the Fiddler machine using a command prompt.

- If the device is unreachable, the result will look like below.

- The following screenshot is what the result will be if the device is reachable.

2. Ensure the firewall on the Fiddler machine is properly configured and that Fiddler has been restarted after enabling remote connections. Additionally, upon enabling Remote Connections in Fiddler options, the notification from the below screenshot should appear. After enabling remote connections and restarting, try pinging again.

- Note that in the prerequisites of the referenced blog post, it states that Kamen had to connect the PC to the Android device's tethered network in order to get it to work. If the device is still unreachable at after enabling remote connections, I recommend tethering the PC to the Android device's hot spot.

3. If the above options still do not work, Network and Discovery may need to be enabled on the Fiddler machine. See the How to Enable Network Discovery on Windows 10 blog post for how to do this.

4. Finally, if nothing works, there could be a configuration on the router that is blocking peer-to-peer communication which happens on some enterprise networks. If this is a corporate network, I recommend reaching out to the corporate IT Department and asking how to set it up.

Please let me know if the above options helped resolve the issue. Thank you for using the Fiddler forums.
