Hi Friends,
I am using "Visual studio 2010 coded UI-Premium Vertion" for Test Automation of Silver light application. I am unable to record application (silver light) tree objects (while recording tree objects are not clickble)

Header Tree objects are recordable but Chaild tree objects are unable to clickble (not recording the chaild tree objects)

Steps:1. Open Visual Studio 2010 Coded UI- Telerik (Telerik WebUI Test Studio Developer Edition)
                   2. While recording Invoking the application (Silver light)
                   3. Click on Header/Parent Tree Objects of the Silver light application- Recordable
                   4. Click on Child Tree Objects- unable to record

My Systems Configaration:
OS: Windows XP
Browser:IE7
Telerik Tool: Telerik WebUI Test Studio Developer Edition (Trail vertion)
Machine RAM: 2GB

Hi Pavan,
could you please give me some additional info on the problem:
Could you send a test project for us to review?
Could you please record a video (Jing is great for this) demonstrating the problem?

Hope to hear from you soon.

  Hi Stoich,

I am having 6 Main tabs, Each tab having few sub tabs While recording sub tabs are not clickble. I am unable to open that sub tabs (In Recording mode).  We must give double clck to open sub tab.

I think it is a developer issue?

Hello Paven,
if I understand correctly you need to implement a double click mouse action. You can do that with the mouse actions feature. Highlight the element which you would like to click. Bring up the popup menu and choose mouse actions (screenshot 1). From there choose Double Left Click-->Center. A new step Desktop command: LeftDoubleClick should appear.

Let me know if you require additional assistance with this.
