Hello,
I am unable to successfully run the installer for RadControls for Silverlight 4. I keep getting the attached warnings.

Hi Eric,
Let me shead a little light on the cause for the issues you are experiencing.
While RadControls for Silverlight support parallel major versions installed on the same machine, our Visual Studio Extensions do not. For that reason, we attempt to uninstall any older versions of our VS Extensions.
Normally, that works without a hitch, however in cases where the integrity of the old installation is not intact, a repair operation is attempted on the corrupt installation.
The issue in your case is that the repair requires the installer from our previous release. The issue can be resolved by doing one of two things:

- Uninstalling the release, requiring a repair (Q3 2009 SP2 in your case)
- Redownloading the installer required and providing it when the new installer asks for it
