Unable to Get the AppBuilder App

Hi,


I am trying to Get the app from my windows phone,but unable to.


Details of phone


Nokia Lumia 1320
Software: Windows 8.1


I accessed the following url from my mobile.


https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/apps/appbuilder/9wzdncrdf32x



I clicked Get the app button, but nothing happens after that.The screen gets refreshed once each time I click the Get the app button.


 I see a microsoft privacy statement at the to of browser.


Can you please help as I wanted to complete photo album.

Same is the case if I directly go to the Microsoft store using UC Browser from Windows Phone to Get the Appbuilder app.

Hi Syam,

I am sorry to hear you experience an issue with downloading the companion app. There are not any specific restrictions related to a particular phone model, and therefore I am not sure why you cannot get the app on your device. Is there any error that occurs if you wait a bit? Is this the same case on other Windows Phones as well? Can you search for and install other apps successfully?

Would you try downloading the app from the App Store directly? This worked on my side on all the devices I tested on.
