I have seen the following post on this same subject.

Does anyone know if it is still true that you cannot use a different language when exporting a pdf?

Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, the limitation in Silverlight still exists. There is no way to access the fonts that are installed on the machine in order to embed them in the PDF file. However, as Petya noted, you can use the WPF version through a service in order to achieve the desired functionality.
