I have an Icenium app (test-file-transfer: cordova 2.7)
It is a clone of sample-file transfer.
When downloading an image from the internet, it downloads fine for both iOS and Android (Nexus 7). However, when we try to download a file from an opened port on our server, I get an error code 3 on iOS. Android works fine. The server logs only show the Android connectios (no refused connections).
The only changes we have made is the encoded URI.

Our iOS test device was on our guest WiFi not our Secure WiFi. Switched to teh secure WiFi and the app connects fine.
