This issue is being handled in your other thread. Here is a copy of our reply:

Sorry for the inconvenience. In regards to the MVC 1.0 dependency error - it seems there was a problem with the installation of the Visual Studio Extensions. To make sure they are reinstalled properly you can do the following:

Run Visual Studio 2010 as administrator.
Go to Tools|Extension Manager and uninstall all Telerik Extensions.
After that restart Visual Studio - there should be no Telerik project templates in the New Project wizard and no Telerik menu.
Download the Visual Studio Extensions for MVC from the Visual Studio Gallery .
Make sure Visual Studio 2010 is not running and install the extensions by double clicking.

After that try creating a new project - there should be Telerik MVC2 and Telerik MVC3 project templates. The create, upgrade and convert project wizards should be working properly as well.
