In VS2012, the Test View window is no longer available.  All tests now have to be viewed through the built in VS Test Explorer.  Is there some other way to access the Test Properties page referenced in the Telerik Documentation?

Hello Nick,

Thank you for contacting us.

Indeed, the previous Test View and test list have been deprecated in favor of the new Test Explorer. In order to access the test object properties please follow the work-around described in the thread here.

That worked for me, thanks!  Will the ability to access Test Properties be added back to the VS plugin in the future?

Hello Nick,

I'm glad that worked for you.

That needs to be researched since I can't say if that's currently possible with the Visual Studio API. We can definitely investigate that.
