Hi,

I'm developing an app that will sync data from a SOAP Webservice and already deployed it on device. On my Pc and my device (iPad Mini) I successfully get all the data. I'm using AD HOC provision and have 3 devices on my list ,so other user can test the apps. But there's something a problem every time I'm giving the installer to the 2 devices that was on my list, It successfully installed but they cant get all the data but on my device I can get all. We check our web service but there's no problem. I check my synchronization process but I always get all the data on my device. Something is weird happened. But it's not the other weird thing. We add people on my project to check everything that I've done but when he installed Icenium Graphite on his pc and try to run my project and sync the data, he cant get all the data and the performance of my project is very slow , but in my pc is very fast but we are using Same PC i7 processor.

Hope you can help me with this problem.

Thanks,
Keen

Hello Keen,

Graphite supports Web Inspector for iOS 6+, so you can debug your app directly on the device. You can also setup Fiddler to intercept your device's traffic and give you a clue what's going on by reviewing the requests/responses.

Hi Steve,

By testing 20 times, its has the same issue, that on my device its successful, but on other doesn't. On my pc is successful but others doesn't. Is it a problem of Icenium ? because everytime Im doing a installer, Its not accurate to other device but on my device its accurate.

Hi Keen,

Clearly testing numerous times isn't going to change the end result, so instead of testing you could debug the app on a device where it fails. We've already given you suggestions how to proceed.
