I have one rad radio button list, one rad tree list/rad grid on a screen and also applied rad ajax panel. Tree list/rad grid are inside in a div and its Visible = "false" by default. if we select an option say yes in radio button list then this div will be visible and also tree list/rad grid will be visible(because it contained under div). in this case tree list/rad grid's UI is messed up or looks ugly, see screen shoot and when i remove rad ajax panel then it looks fine.

Please review the answer provide in the support ticket you have opened for the same issue and verify if it helps.
Also I would suggest you to avoid opening duplicate tickets for the same issues so that we could better track the problem and provide proper solution for your specific case.
