[Solved] Type.registerNamespace('Sys.Mvc'); Microsoft JScript runtime error: 'Type' is undefined

I get this message when trying to run a new asp.net mvc project. I have only made a reference to the telerik extensions and added the Script Registrar.

Any suggestions?
