trying to send image to server but it gives alert error of null value

I am working on a phonegap project using telerik platform where I have captured an image and stored it in localstorage and tried to send it to server but it gives alert error of null value. I am new to phonegap. please help me out

Hello Mahajan,

We can't tell what is causing the error without testing your code. You can open a support ticket and send us your AppBuilder project, so we can test it locally. 

Alternatively, you can debug your app yourself to check the values of the variables you use:
Debug in the Simulator
Debugging on Device
