Trigger Row or cell validating events from external button

On Telerik silverlight radgridview can we trigger row or cell validating events from external button.

Hello,

The cell and row validating events will be triggered once the edit (of a cell and then of a row) has been finished. By default, they will be triggered once you click on the external button.
