I've found a very weird issue, which I think might be tracked back to the TabControl. The telerik controls were recently updated to 2014.1.224.1050 when this was reported.

A client has reported that sometimes the tooltips will not disappear until the tab is closed. We have deliberately set the tooltips to stay open for a long time, but they usually do disappear when the mouse moves away from them.

I can only reproduce this if I have a tab control with a tab, which then has another tab control with multiple tabs. (See picture 1). The first tab contains a grid that has some text properties bound to it. I can put the mouse over one of these and it will show the full text in a tooltip (correct). If I then move across the tabs and come back and try again, sometimes the tooltip will get stuck (see picture 2). If it gets stuck, weird things can happen if I still move across tabs (see picture 3).

Any idea what could have caused this?

    Hi Andrea,

Could you please provide us with a sample project that demonstrates the reported behavior? This will help us better understand your scenario and further investigate the reasons behind the issue.

In order to send us a zip file with your project, you will need to use our Support Ticketing system to start a new ticket. In its content you will be able to attach your project. Please make sure that you set the Product field of the ticket correctly. This will ensure that your request is handled in the best possible way.

Thank you for your kind cooperation.
