Tooltip'd item disappears

I show the tool tip above a control and when the tooltip disappears the control disappears as well. Is this a known problem?

I am afraid that we have not experienced this issue. Please post a support ticket and attach a sample application so that I can debug it and provide a fix or a workaround.
