How can I distribute the Points on the Y Axis and the X Axis uniformly such that they take up the entire grid size that is holding it? The Bars in my Graphs currently become very small when they are added in a larger area. How do i make the bars look bigger or distribute uniformly?

You can control the Width of the Bars by the ItemWidthPercent property of the ChartArea. You can find more information about it in our help article.
