i really want to know is there any way to make the radScheduleView's timeline view similar to Radscheduler's ..

Hello Xiu,
With the current implementation it is not possible to achieve the exact same look of the TimelineView in RadScheduler. Please, check the Configurator example. You can experiment with different settings and values of the MinorTickLength and MajorTickLength properties, as well as the MinTimeRulerExtent and the MaxTimeRulerExtent properties.
You could even customize the TimeRulerItemStyleSelector to make the vertical time ruler lines transparent. However, the slots will still be calculated per ticks, and not per days. So appointments will not be stretchable across the entire day as in the old RadScheduler TimelineView.
