Hi Michel,

 Do you mean that you want to have some kind of report for specific time for specific user? Actually it will be unusual to extract that data for the specific time because the tool is oriented for the agile methodologies where the work is associated with an iteration (sprint). But we can create a report for specific iteration and specific user.
I suppose that you use work completed hours field of the tasks, do you?
