[Solved] Thrid party jQuery UI controls don't render correctly as part of a clienttemplated grid column

I'm trying to use a multiselect dropdown box that we use extensively in our project as part of a Telerik MVC Grid column, but it renders just as a list box and not like a multiselect dropdown box. I can't seem to get it to render correctly. Is this even supported?

For example, I'm trying to use the dropdown check list (DDCL - http://code.google.com/p/dropdown-check-list/) but like I said, it just renders as a list box. Has anyone tried this scenario? Anything I'm missing? Please advise.
