As for your question - could you please elaborate a bit more on the matter and what exactly you aim to achieve. In addition, if you have in mind customization of the current themes, I would recommend checking our ThemeBuilder application, which allows you to customize a lot of parameters and visuals of Sass themes:

Also, note that it contains predefined swatches, which may also be helpful.

In our ThemeBuilder, you can find a predefined dark swach (see left-hand side pane), which you can export and use as theme:

On a side note, we are in a process of reevaluating the dark themeing as a separate story, and probably on one of our upcomming releases, we produce and ship a brain new one.
