We implemented the metro theme and it looks and works awesome.
A few questions though:
1. There is no top border line on the radGridView. How can I alter the theme? Is this uberhaupt possible ?
2. The Telerik.Windows.Themes.Metro.dll is huge! 4.7MB ! That smells fishy. Should it really be this huge?

You can change the theme as always using Blend. You may need also to check our documentation for implicit themes if you want further customization - for example removing all unneeded components.
