The request timed out error in icenium ion

Hi, i test the app in simulator, it works fine, but when i test it in icenium ion, it pop up Error and states "The request timed out."
Any idea why this is happened?

Hi Cheng-how,

 It seems like that Ion can't connect to the Icenium servers. Could you please try to open https://app.icenium.com in Mobile Safari on your device and see if it works? Also, can you please make sure you're running the latest version of Ion from the App Store?

hi, it works for my other app, i can connect to the servers, and it's latest version. i guess it's because the app's file size if too large, it's about 50MB, my other app's have small file size working fine.

Hi Cheng-how,

 This makes sense. Depending on the speed of your connection, iOS can timeout the request. We'll investigate and figure out if this can be remedied.

 In the mean time, I can suggest that you connect your device to a computer running Graphite in order to LiveSync this particular app over the USB.
