This problem is back with the latest version of Telerik UI R2 2021 (2021.1.119).

After updating the packages using the Telerik Control panel no projects will build om Visual Studio 2019 and Nuget packages will not install.

C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\5.0.102\NuGet.targets(131,5): error : The local source 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\ToolboxNuGetPackages' doesn't exist.

The workaround is to manually create this folder: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\ToolboxNuGetPackages'

Thank you Jassen!!! I had VS2017 with the Telerik AJAX controls. I installed VS2019 (side by side with VS2017) and would not load the EntityFrameworkCore. After a VS2019 repair and a lot of searching on the Internet, I realized that it was looking for NuGet packages from Telerik and even when I changed the package source it would not find them. I finally stumbled upon this post. I closed VS2019, created the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Progress\ToolboxNuGetPackages' with no files in it and opened VS2019 again. It worked right away. For a minute there I thought I had too much rum cake. Thank you again for this. They need to fix this ASAP. It wasted a lot of time for me.
