Hi,
Am looking for some help in designing this control using Telerik Chart, in Windows Universal Apps, for both Store Apps & Phones.
Attached the screenshot.
The chart control is not straight forward, as we need to show this chart in a List/Tiles of Charts.
Complexity:
1. Adding the Text on top of Chart and chart overlaps the text
2. Showing some range in below as in picture
Please suggest.

You could build User control that represents this specific setup.
In order to achieve custom text position within the chart I would suggest using Chart annotations - http://docs.telerik.com/windows-universal/controls/radchart/annotations/chart-custom-types
