Test? What tests?

Please have a look at the attached screenshot.

 You'll see I have 2 test fixtures but the JC Unit test Window lists 3.

Now, I know what's happened, I just don't know why or how to correct it.

The "BaseDigestFixture" class was renamed to that from "DigestFixture". However, it was a rename and the original file no longer exists neither in the solution or in the file system. Restarting VS hasn't cured the problem so it doesn't appear to be some sore of temp caching issue.

Thank you for the feedback and excuse us for the inconvenience!
JustCode engine keeps cache files in %localappdata%\JustCode\Engine and probably this cache hasn't been updated correctly. Would you refresh the Code Analysis and see if the non-existing tests still appear in the test runner (JustCode | Analysis | Refresh Code Analysis)? Bear in mind that this command does full refresh of the solution, so it might take some time if the solution is really large.

They are gone now. After rebooting the machine they went away, but I'll bear your answer in mind show the issue occur again.
