I'm trying to run a test but getting following error

I'm using WebUI Test Studio version 2010.2.823.0
We have same version installed on another machine and test is running fine there.

Hello Usman,
first off: you're using our Q2 release. We have a newer release available - the Q3 release SP1. I recommend you upgrade - this newer version contains many fixes, improvements as well as adding new Features.

On the problem: Could you please give me more details. The best option would be to send me your Test along with the HTML code which it runs against (if not publicly available) so I can reproduce the problem.
Since this is a public forum I would recommend that you open a support ticket if you want to send anything you consider "sensitive".

I realize you might have security limitations as to what you're allowed to send. But any info at all would be helpful:
get a screenshot of your test, what kind of step causes the problem, what kind of application is it running against etc.

Hope to hear from you soon!

All the best,

Stoich,

Thanks for your response.
The test which I'm running is a data driven test and the first step is to navigate to a URL by getting the URL from and Excel file.

Thanks,
Usman

I missed some important info in last post.
Test opens the IE but do not navigate to the URL. And then waits there and fail.

Hi Usman,
I apologize it took me a while to give you an answer. I think I understand the issue now. Please take a look at this KB article which describes some possible solutions:

Let me know whether you're still having trouble getting this to work!
