Is there a Template or best practice recommendation to lay out a form with some textboxes, textarea, datepicker, numeric text box, radiobuttons, checkboxes to look nice and neatly fit with the tables for example?
I now have a table with label, box, errormessate in each colums and one row per field. The look is so, so, but sometimes the width of the textbox is a little too big or a little too small.
I cannot invest too much time in css styling, therefore I was looking for some out-of-the-box style that also fits with the skin styles.
You have many parts scattered across the examples, but no concise example for a mixed edit form containing all types.
